1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Gossdhosting, the operator of Carrom Daily. By installing or playing the game you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to play.
- You can play as a guest or sign in with a supported provider. Guest progress is tied to your device and can be lost if you log out, uninstall the app or change devices without linking an account.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share, sell or transfer accounts.
3. Virtual items and currency
- Coins, gems, cosmetic items and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, transferred to other players or redeemed outside the game.
- You receive a limited, revocable licence to use virtual items in the game; you do not own them.
- Purchases are handled by Google Play or the App Store and follow their refund policies. Where the law allows, purchases of virtual items are final once delivered.
- We may change prices, rewards and items, and may remove items obtained through bugs, fraud or chargebacks.
- Carrom Daily is a game of skill played for fun. It does not offer gambling, betting or real-money prizes.
4. Fair play and conduct
You agree not to:
- cheat, use bots, modified clients, exploits or tools that give an unfair advantage;
- intentionally lose or arrange results to farm rewards;
- harass, threaten, or abuse other players, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content in names or chat;
- impersonate staff or other people;
- interfere with our servers, reverse engineer the game, or access accounts that are not yours.
We may warn, mute, suspend or ban accounts and remove rewards that break these rules. Match results are decided by our servers and are final.
5. Content and intellectual property
The game, its artwork, logo, sounds and software belong to the operator or its licensors. Display names and chat messages you send remain yours, but you give us permission to show them in the game and to review them for moderation.
6. Service changes and availability
We work to keep the game running but it is provided "as is" and may change, have interruptions or end. If we shut the game down we will give reasonable notice in the game.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of virtual items or progress, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
8. Ending your account
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time — see Delete account. We may end accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
