Delete your account & data

You can ask us to delete your Carrom Daily account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Open Carrom Daily, go to Profile → Settings and note your player name. Your friend code is shown on the Friends tab.
2. Email [email protected] with the subject Carrom Daily account deletion and include your player name and friend code. If you signed in with Facebook, send it from the email address linked to that Facebook account or include your Facebook name.
3. We confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days. We will reply when it is done.

If you signed in with Facebook you can also remove the app from Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Carrom Daily → Remove. This stops Facebook sharing data with us; email us as above to delete the game data we already hold.

What we delete

• Your account and sign-in identifiers (guest ID, Facebook ID)
• Display name, profile, level and XP
• Coins, gems, items, missions and daily-reward progress
• Friends, friend requests and match statistics linked to you

What we may keep

• Purchase records required for tax, accounting and fraud prevention (kept only as long as the law requires).
• Moderation records about serious abuse, in anonymised form where possible.
• Anonymous match results that no longer identify you.

Deleting your account is permanent: purchased gems and items cannot be restored or refunded afterwards.
